Surrounded by green space and boasting excellent facilities, Nobel Algarve Almancil is open to students from Nursery to Year 12 and teaches a British curriculum offering IGCSEs, BTEC and IB Diploma.

Nobel School Lagoa
Nobel Algarve Lagoa has been providing an international education in the region since 1972. The recently expanded campus offers a British curriculum for students from Nursery to Year 13, culminating in IGCSEs and A-levels. Nobel Algarve Lagoa also offers a pathway with the Portuguese National Curriculum.

Lagoa | Portuguese National Curriculum
The Portuguese National Curriculum is structured into three levels: Pre-School Education, Ensino Básico/ Cycles 1-3, and Ensino Secundário/ Secondary School.
Lagoa | National Curriculum of England with IGCSE and A-level
Nobel Algarve Lagoa offers a contextualised National Curriculum of England tailored to our international student community.
Almancil | National Curriculum of England with IGCSE, BTEC and IB Diploma
We teach a broad and balanced curriculum based on the National Curriculum of England. Students at Almancil take the ICGSE exams, followed by the internationally recognised International Baccalaureate Diploma or the practical-based BTEC qualifications.

Nobel Algarve British International School is a member of the prestigious Globeducate Network, a collection of more than 65 international schools worldwide. It is one of the schools in the Globeducate British International Schools (GBIS) cluster – a group of private international schools across Europe teaching the National Curriculum for England.
