About Nobel Algarve
Nobel Algarve is a British International School for children aged 3-18 in Portugal. We have two campuses within easy reach of Faro Airport; Lagoa was established in 1972, and Almancil was inaugurated in 2020. We are excited to be investing significantly in the facilities at both locations.
We offer a safe and happy environment, taking an individualised academic approach so all students can fulfill their potential.
We are proud to be a truly international school enriched by our diverse community of 40+ nationalities. We aim to provide an exceptional academic experience and give students a global perspective.
Nobel Algarve graduates study at the world’s top universities and thrive in their chosen pathways.
Our campuses
Across Lagoa and Almancil, you will find a global community and happy, polite, hard-working students.
Both campuses provide a warm, welcoming environment. We share the same House system, supporting learners in and beyond academics by providing enriching co-curricular activities, events, and opportunities to celebrate achievements. Our student leaders perform an important role in consulting with peers and teachers, promoting the student voice across the school.
Our community also connects via special partnerships and celebrations, such as our work with WWF and the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
Nobel Algarve students are multilingual, achieve highly in academics, and are furnished with choices. We support each individual to become a global citizen who can shape the world.
