Financial Literacy Course

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the financial literacy course that the legal firm, Rita Cardoso & Associados, represented by the attorney Rita Cardoso, in conjunction with Catarina Többen Vieira, a graduate in Business Psychology, generously provided to the Year 9 students at Nobel Algarve British International School Almancil. The two-day programme on June 22^nd and 23^rd was incredibly informative and engaging, and it has had a significant impact on the students' understanding of financial concepts and their ability to make informed decisions regarding their personal finances.

We would like to commend the trainers for their commitment to educating the younger generation about financial matters. The course materials were thoughtfully prepared and tailored to suit the needs of the students, making the complex subject matter easily accessible and relatable. The interactive activities, group discussions, and real-life examples provided during the sessions greatly enhanced the students' comprehension and retention of the information.

Not only did the financial literacy course equip the students with essential financial knowledge, but it also fostered a sense of responsibility and empowered them to take control of their financial future. The interactive nature of the course allowed the students to actively participate, ask questions, and seek clarification on various topics such as assets, liabilities, debt, taxes, and risk profiles, ensuring that they had a thorough understanding of the concepts being discussed.

Furthermore, we would like to extend our appreciation to the knowledgeable and dedicated instructors who led the sessions. Their expertise and ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts in an engaging manner made a significant difference in the students' learning experience. The instructors' passion for financial literacy was evident, and they were able to spark enthusiasm and curiosity among the students, encouraging them to delve deeper into the subject matter.

Feedback from the students was very positive, as the course made them think about how important it is to make the right decisions regarding money and the impact their decisions could have on their future. 

The financial literacy course provided has undoubtedly equipped our Year 9 students with valuable skills and knowledge that will benefit them throughout their lives. By instilling financial literacy at a younger age, they have empowered these young individuals to make sound financial decisions, manage their money responsibly, and work towards achieving their financial goals.
