People of Nobel Algarve: Anthony Keeling

After an adventurous journey that took him from engineering to financial investigations to the lively world of education, Tony Keeling now brings his passion for puzzles and problem‑solving to the classroom. As a dedicated maths teacher for years 7–12 and form tutor for year 10, Tony blends his real‑world experience with a genuine love for maths. He believes learning should be fun and full of challenges and surprises.  

Inter-Class Competitions – Visual Arts and Technology Education

As part of the Visual Arts and Technology Education curriculum (Educação Visual e Educação Tecnológica), an inter-class competition was held to  promote the development of students’ creative and technical skills. The judges for these activities were students from 12ºano of the Arts and Multimedia Subject (Oficina de Artes e Multimédia).

Nobel Algarve Students Shine in Duke of Edinburgh Adventures

At Nobel Algarve British International School, students are embracing the challenges and rewards of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award programme, offered at all three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. This prestigious programme, designed to foster personal growth and life skills, is a cornerstone of the school’s commitment to developing well-rounded individuals. Students begin their journey with Bronze in Year 9, progress to Silver in Year 10, and take on the ultimate challenge of Gold in Year 12.

People of Nobel Algarve: Nadia Cann

Nadia is a Primary and Secondary school teacher, with 21 years of teaching experience. Nadia was Head of Primary for 2 years, and has been the Designated Safeguarding Lead at Nobel for the past 3 years. She is the proud mum of 2 beautiful daughters, one who completed her education at Nobel and is a Teaching Assistant at a secondary school in Cornwall, and the other is in Year 8.  Nadia has been a parent at Nobel Lagoa since 2007 and worked there since 2015.

Weather and Climate Project - Year 7 Geography

As part of the Year 7 Geography curriculum, students explore the fascinating world of weather and climate. This year, the pupils engaged in an exciting group project where they created posters to showcase their understanding of various weather phenomena.
