International events at Nobel Algarve
Nobel Algarve is proud to be part of Globeducate. As such, our pupils gain invaluable opportunities for international cooperation and collaboration.
Throughout the academic year, Globeducate regularly organises events in which schools from different countries take part. These are unique learning experiences that give an added value to the international preparation of our pupils, making them readier for the global world and more respectful towards other cultures. They are usually hosted by a family at the host school and have the chance to make new friends.
These international events are a vital part of the global preparation of the students, who acquire a universal and open vision of the world. They also pave the way for a higher degree of academic and professional mobility and a better understanding of today’s global problems. Thanks to the participation of schools from all over the world, the pupils improve their language skills while they interact with students from other countries and cultures.
Model United Nations

Students from different Globeducate schools come together to participate in friendly competition in subjects such as maths, IT and science, in a multicultural and inclusive environment.
International Music Festival
Students display their love of music, musical talent and performance skills during this week-long event. This festival is open to all ages and is a platform to showcase each school´s musical talents.
Globeducate Olympic Games
An exciting and dynamic sports event in which teams and individuals compete in sports such as football, athletics and swimming, and sports local to the host school. In 2021, Nobel Algarve’s Lagoa camps hosted the first-ever Globeducate Virtual Olympic Games, and in 2023 will host the event’s commemorative 10th Globeducate Olympic Games.
Virtual Arts Competition

Students at Nobel Algarve take part in Globeducate Agenda events such as: Student Leadership Conference, WWF Quiz, Eco Week and WWF Wear it Wild. All Globeducate schools are on the journey to achieving Eco-School status and have Eco-School councils, which organise events and campaigns.

Globeducate schools are involved in several learning communities such as Outdoor Learning, Reading Community and STEAM. During the school year, our students and teachers take part in events such as World Book Day, Outdoor Classroom Day and UNESCO World Science and STEAM Day.
