Nobel Algarve British International School does not collect personal information through this site unless voluntarily provided (for example, when you use our online form to send a request for information or a complaint).

Nobel Algarve British International School only collects personal data from pupils and legal representatives necessary to fulfil legal obligations to the Ministry of Education, government entities, educational management software and school contracts.

Any information you provide will be used by Nobel Algarve British International School only for the purpose described.

Personal data processing procedure

Nobel Algarve British International School is responsible for the entire personal data treatment procedure, whether automated or not, from collection to organisation, preservation and disposal.

Nobel Algarve British International School acknowledges and complies with the rules in effect for the treatment of personal data, which are currently set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

Data retention period

Your data will be kept for 2 years from the granting of this consent or, if you have a school contract with us, for 5 years from the granting of this consent, or a longer period if the law requires.

Right to complain
